Ken Notes: Full disclosure the authors and breweries are from Chicago yes fibs (lovers of fine Italian beef sandwiches) but the recipes are darn good and well worth Wisconsifying... In fact if anyone is interested I would love to create a WisCraftNews Cookbook featuring recopies from across the State using Wisconsin Beer, Wine and Spirits -- not to mention cheese!!!
