Renowned cheese carver and winery owner Landwehr dies at 45

(WLUK) -- Champion cheese carver Troy Landwehr, a frequent guest on TV programs including FOX 11`s Good Day Wisconsin, has died.

The Little Chute native was in demand for his cheese carving skills locally and nationally, having done work for companies such as Disney and Cheez-It.

According to his obituary, Landwehr died over the weekend after a brief battle with an infection. He was 45.

Landwehr also owned Kerrigan Brothers Winery in Freedom.
