![]() This year the Walker’s Point brewery is releasing four Padishah variants. Adam Thomas, Director of Barrel Operations, reflects on the process of brewing and aging Padishah: “At the start of fall, we will start brewing our annual stout, Padishah, for the following year. We source barrels from our friends at Great Lakes and Central Standard, as well as the Barrel Broker who always has a good variety of oak.
