PetSkull Brewing Begins Selling Food

When they moved from their small taproom on South 9th Street to their current location on Buffalo Street, the folks at PetSkull Brewing in Manitowoc said they wanted to start selling food. Now, that dream is starting to take shape.

We spoke with Paul Hoffman, the founder and owner of the local brewery, who explained that they ran three pop-up menus this week. “A pop-up menu is, this is what we have today,” Hoffman explained. “If something runs out, the next day it may be different.
