Milwaukee`s new Lasdon Vermouth solves the problem of the too-big bottle


Say, how old is that opened bottle of vermouth in the back of your refrigerator, anyway? What`s that? It`s not even refrigerated, it`s just on your bar cart, and it`s been open for a year?

Uh-oh. That`s vermouth gone bad.

Eric Berg knows vermouth has a limited shelf life before it turns skunky, and now he and his business partner have addressed that: They`re making a Wisconsin vermouth they call Lasdon and selling it in packs of six tiny bottles that are 60 milliliters each, the equivalent of about 2 ounces.
