The brewery at the business is scheduled to open on Easter weekend, April 16-17. Old Germantown is located at W148N12696 Pleasant View Dr., on a farmstead that dates back to the early 1840s. Owner Scott Sommer said the brewery has always been in the business plan. Sommer said there were mechanical components with the brewery that needed to be completed, which are now done.“When you arrive here you get a sense of space. The farm and this land gives you a sense of being in a bigger place, but the bigger space of the 6,000 square foot building, every inch of it is used.
