DE PERE, WI– Cocoon Brewing celebrated breaking ground for a new 6,000 SF brewery with a taproom and kitchen on Friday, May 13, 2022, and has selected Bayland Buildings as the design/build general contractor. Cocoon Brewing is a craft brewery developed by Ledgeview resident Matt Walters and twin brother Mike Walters. Cocoon Brewing aims to be a destination for connection and experience.
