Principal owners seek to sell Stock House Brewing interests

The three primary owners of Stock House Brewing, 7208 W. North Ave., are seeking to sell their shares in the business, according to a letter sent to the microbrewery and taproom`s minority owners.

...The June 22 letter says that brothers Aaron Morrill and David Morrill and Laura Sommerfeld, “offer to sell to any other interested member(s) of the company 100 percent of their ownership interest in the company, which includes their voting units for $100,000.”
